All payments are processed securely through trusted payment processors.
Prices, billing cycles, and features are subject to change, but we will provide reasonable notice before any material change.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within the free trial period.
After the trial period, no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

Users may upload, post, or share content through Olreach. You retain ownership of your content but grant Olreach a limited license to display, host, and process it as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to:

• Upload or share spam, malware, or harmful content
• Misuse the platform or interfere with other users' experience
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or hack our systems
• Use Olreach for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Olreach reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We collect personal data (such as name, email, and analytics information) and may share limited data with payment processors and analytics tools to provide and improve our services.

All content, features, code, design elements, and trademarks on Olreach.com are the exclusive property of Olreach.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Olreach in the preceding three (3) months.

Olreach services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that our services will meet your specific requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Olreach after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
